Theo Walcott left training with a hamstring injury Roy Hodgson described as a 'major concern', which is likely to mean the manager sticking with James Milner.

'Theo felt the hamstring that kept him out for so long at the end of the season - an injury we were slightly concerned about when he joined up with us,' said Hodgson.

Worries about the state of a rain-sodden pitch in Donetsk have forced UEFA to stop both England and Ukraine using it this evening. Hodgson's squad will train in Krakow this morning before flying to Donetsk.
