Off they go: The England team bus leaves for training
All smiles: Manager Hodgson leaves the Hotel Stary alongside Andy Carroll (R) and Phil Jagielka

Henderson, who replaced Parker in midfield against France during the second-half, will be hoping to push for a starting role although early indications suggest that Hodgson will stick with the same team.

He said: 'You don't become a really good team in three matches and 10 training sessions.

'The French have gone 22 games unbeaten and that's not done overnight.
