Come in No 9... Carroll in pole position to start after Hodgson hands him key shirt

In charge: Roy Hodgson addresses his squad on Tuesday
Hodgson has stated he is generally planning on playing two strikers, so the Manchester United forward could line up alongside Carroll against the joint-hosts Ukraine, in Donetsk.
Elsewhere, Manchester City's volatile striker Mario Balotelli will wear the Italy No 9 shirt.
Carroll will sport the No 9 on the white home shirt against France and Ukraine, if he plays, while England revert to their dark blue away strip against Sweden.
