Leading by example: Gerrard will captain England at this summer's tournament
Numbers 1-11 appear to show Hodgson's likely first XI, with a possible exception being No 8 Frank Lampard being switched out for No 17 Scott Parker.
England will not be able to line up with the first eleven numbers until their final group game on June 19, due to Rooney's suspension.
