A huge row erupted on Tuesday night after an 'historic agreement' was reached to have a football Team GB at the 2012 London Olympics.
The British Olympic Authority insisted players from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland would be allowed to represent Great Britain in 2012 - the first time since the Rome Games in 1960.
Bale-out: The Welsh FA insist they aren't 'part of any agreement'
But within minutes of the 'landmark announcement' by the BOA and FA, the football associations of the other home countries issued a collective statement outlining their disappointment and continued opposition to Team GB.
Welsh FA president Phil Pritchard said: 'We are not part of any agreement. The FA have no authority to speak on our behalf - they do not represent Wales whatsoever and that's a fact.'
