Gerrard vows to continue as captain of England after Three Lions fly home

England are heading home from the European Championships following their penalty shootout heartbreak at the hands of Italy.
The Three Lions have left their Krakow base after Sunday night's agonising quarter-final defeat.
Speaking at this afternoon's press conference, a visibly dejected Steven Gerrard insisted he will not walk away as captain
