Poland and the Czech Republic both have injury concerns over influential players ahead of their crunch Group A encounter on Saturday.
Having drawn their opening two games against Greece and Russia 1-1, Euro 2012 co-hosts Poland must win in order to qualify for the quarter-finals.
However, the Poles have several fitness worries, with midfielder Eugen Polanski among the walking wounded due to a bruised knee.
Polanski said: "We know that we can do something special for our fans and the country.
"This is the most important game in my career. This whole tournament is extremely important.
"All the preparation, all the training, four weeks of preparation, we are here for five weeks in total, and we want to demonstrate that we can give everything.
"If we give 100% of ourselves, we will win definitely tomorrow."
