Razor sharp Rooney shows off new look in training as Coleen and WAGs jet out to Poland
Meanwhile, the moment that most England players love but fans usually dread has come - the arrival of the WAGs.

They touch down in Poland to spend some time with their husbands and boyfriends in a break from preparations at Euro 2012.

Coleen Rooney - wife of suspended striker Wayne - was spotted boarding a private jet at Liverpool's John Lennon airport.

She was carrying their son Kai and was being helped by her brother Anthony McLoughlin.

Coleen will be greeted by a new-look Wayne, who has now decided to shave the sides of his head after his hair transplant a year ago.

Also heading to Krakow this week is Joe Hart's girlfriend Kimberley Crew, Steven Gerrard's wife Alex and Toni Terry, the wife of centre-back John.

Andy Carroll's model girlfriend Stacey Miller is another WAG expected to head to Poland this week.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, meanwhile, believes England have the quality to 'damage any team' during Euro 2012 providing they also adhere to the basics of hard work and physically matching their opponents.

The Arsenal winger made his first competitive start for his country in England's 1-1 draw with France in Donetsk in their opening match in the tournament on Monday.
