Spain is still hungry for success after previously winning Euro 2008 and the 2010 World Cup, says Fernando Torres, and he added that La Roja has set its sights on claiming Euro 2012 glory.
The 28-year-old, however, admitted that it will not be easy for the reigning champions as they no longer possess the element of surprise against their familiar foes.
"The atmosphere within the team is the same as always, we are hungry for a third successive title," the striker was quoted as saying on the official FIFA website.
"The other teams know how we play, though. The matches against us will be for them enormous games."
The Chelsea attacker then went on to say that he is in top form ahead of the tournament, before adding that the absence of David Villa and Carles Puyol will impact the squad.
"I felt better and better as the season drew to a close and I believe I am now in phenomenal form.
"We [the Spanish squad] are all in it to do our best for the team. We will try and make up for those two not being at the finals, while accepting that it will not be simple."
The reigning champions start Euro 2012 with their Group C clash against Italy on June 10.
