‘Roberto Mancini is good at the same sort of stuff. That position in the middle of midfield is so  important to them.

‘They are keen on instructions and they like strong personalities who can go out and follow them.

Do something else — even something positive — and they wouldn’t be happy. They just want you to  follow their instructions. I’d just go out and do what I was told.’
