ROY FRONTS ... what Hodgson's men might be wearing this summer
ENGLAND’S football stars will be heading to Euro 2012 without UNDERWEAR.
That is because the FA will supply all of Roy Hodgson’s squad with everything from pants to branded clothing.
Norwich No 1 John Ruddy, called up by Hodgson, said: “I’ve been told to take boots, gloves, trainers, a few casual clothes and toiletries. I’m under the impression everything else will be provided for me.
“We’ve got suits and they’re providing underwear for us. It’s surreal but that’s what being in the England squad is all about. The way you get looked after is second to none.”
The clothing will be supplied by M&S, while England will be based at a city centre hotel in Krakow, Poland.
That is near the World War II Nazi concentration camp at Auschwitz and the FA are planning a visit with the players.
Ruddy, 25, added: “To be able to visit and see what circumstances were like for people will put things into perspective and make you grateful for what you have in life. I won’t know how I feel until I get there.”
