France boss Laurent Blanc has been dealt two new injury blows with the news that Tottenham's Younes Kaboul and Marseille's Loic Remy are both struggling to be fit for Euro 2012.

Blanc, who saw Arsenal's Bacary Sagna withdraw from the tournament after breaking a leg earlier this month, now must wait to see the extent of the latest setbacks before finalising his squad.

Kaboul aggravated an old knee problem against Fulham at the weekend while Remy sustained a thigh injury against Auxerre.

Former World Cup winner Blanc named Kaboul in a list of overseas players being considered for selection last week, while Remy is expected to be named in a list of home-based players announced on Tuesday.
