Ex England boss Capello relaxes ahead of Holland defeat
Relaxed ... Fabio and Laura Capello

EX England boss Fabio Capello looked relaxed and stress-free as he enjoyed a shopping trip with his wife Laura yesterday.

In a rare sighting of the Italian since he sensationally quit as boss of the national side last month, Fabio stepped out in London's posh Chelsea neighbourhood.

Fabio resigned on February 8 following crunch talks with Football Association chief David Bernstein over the alleged John Terry race case.

The FA called Fabio in for meetings after the 65-year-old gave an interview to an Italian TV station slamming the association.

Dressed down in jeans and a black jacket, Fabio appeared to be enjoying his break from football.

The pair, who have been married 43 years, enjoyed browsing the shops and popped into a newsagents.

At the same time Fabio's temporary replacement Stuart Pearce, who was in charge of the Under 21 team, was putting England through a training session ahead of their friendly against Holland at Wembley.

He appeared a little weary as he guided the lads — including newly-installed captain Scott Parker and defender Ashley Cole — through last minute pointers for the game.
