Frank Lampard was not getting carried away despite scoring the goal that secured England a 1-0 win over world and European champions Spain at Wembley.
Lampard headed in the game's only goal just after half-time after Darren Bent's shot rebounded across the face of goal.
It was a rare foray forward for Fabio Capello's side though as they were then forced into a fine rearguard display to secure a battling success.

'For everyone it is a lift, but we have to be realistic. We know they dominated the game for long periods,' Lampard said in an interview on ITV1.
'We won't be shouting from rooftops. We understand football. We are not quite where we want to be just yet, but to beat a side like Spain is something we can definitely build upon.'
Lampard praised the performance of his defenders as well as Scott Parker, who put in a man-of-the-match display in his holding midfield role.
'The back four and Scott were fantastic,' he added. 'They didn't allow them to play through the 18-yard box like they can do. While we had to hang on we're very pleased.
