Andrew Sheridan to fly home: Shoulder injury ends prop's World Cup
Lenient: But England are considering an appeal to Courtney Lawes' two-match ban

Sheridan needed a scan which revealed the seriousness of the injury to his right shoulder. His departure leaves England without one of their most dynamic forwards as Johnson looked upon the 6ft 5in 19 stone giant – nicknamed ‘Big Ted’ - as one of his main ball-carrying forwards.
