ENGLAND face old foes Germany in the Under-17 World Cup quarter-finals tonight with one thing in mind - REVENGE.
John Peacock's Young Lions lost 4-1 to the Germans at the same stage of the 2007 World Cup in South Korea, having been 0-0 at half-time.
But this time around England are made of stronger stuff and finished top of Group C in Mexico, before seeing off Argentina 4-2 on penalties in the last 16.
Up next are ex-Tottenham star Steffen Freund's German side and Peacock is predicting another classic when the teams clash in Morelia.
Ex-Scunthorpe defender Peacock, 55, said: "We lost to them in 2007, so I hope that this time it can be different.
"England-Germany matches are always close encounters. But we will be ready."
