Grow up and hear this... Fabio Capello is on to a winner
Posted Monday, March 28, 2011 by Dailymail

He has introduced Jack Wilshere at the right time, reconsidered the exclusion of Scott Parker, successfully nurtured Ashley Young's introduction to international football and, against Wales, picked the right man to lead the line in Darren Bent.

England won the game inside 15 minutes and never looked back. Useless, isn't he? We are at the inverted pyramid of piffle stage with Capello now, so every nuance is picked over and inspected for signs of weirdness, idiocy, inconsistency or failing to get a piano up a large flight of stairs.

For instance, his confession that he usually reminds players who are on yellow cards to be mindful, but had not done so in Wayne Rooney's case on Saturday, will no doubt be regarded as another bumble.

The fact that a professional footballer who considers himself to be worth upwards of £200,000 per week might have processed this information independently, worked out that one plus one equalled two bookings and a ban, and adjusted his behaviour accordingly is somehow inconsequential.
