SOUNDBITE: (Croatian) Slaven Bilic, Croatia coach
"I don't know what will happen tomorrow. Italy are an unpredictable team. You cannot play against them and try to get a draw. You just have to think and play good football. We will not go for a draw. We want to create good chances, but you never know. They are a difficult team to play. We have two key matches to play, the first one against Italy, the second against Spain. But we are not thinking about the Spain match, we are just focused on Italy and we will try to keep this positive record against them."

SOUNDBITE: (Croatian) Nico Kranjcar, Croatia midfielder
"First of all, we are very self-confident. This is the most important thing. I am really self-confident and that is the only way to be if you want to beat Italy. We just have to believe in ourselves. We are the Croatian team. We know from our history that we can play against the big teams. We have always done well in tournaments. We expect a positive result and I am sure we're going to achieve this."
