On the back of their 1-0 win over the Netherlands on Saturday (9th June), Denmark take on Portugal with spirits high and real hopes that they can advance from Group B into the quarter-finals.

The two teams are well acquainted with each other - having faced off in qualifying for the finals as well as meeting on the road to the World Cup in South Africa 2010.

Denmark coach Morten Olsen expects Portugal to come back after their narrow defeat to Germany, but insists his side are out for three points.

SOUNDBITE: (English), Morten Olsen, Denmark coach:
"They (Portugal) have a bad result but still they have a good game and I think they will take this will into the next game against us. Advantage yes, it is always when you have the points but we won't as we used to do, we are not trying to play for one point. We are always trying to play for winning. But if you afterwards can say 'OK we are the lucky ones we have one point' it's OK - but that's football. But our way of playing is always trying to win."

Denmark take on Portugal in Group B on Wednesday (June 13th).
