But despite her glamorous lifestyle, the 25-year-old isn't afraid to dress down and run errands like a regular person.

The mother-of-one swapped her towering Christian Louboutin heels and designer dresses for a casual ensemble of jeans, Converse trainers and Juicy Couture quilted jacket as she shopped in Manchester today.

After starting the day of with an appointment at Beauty FX in Wilmslow, Cheshire, she then went on to a cosmetics store in Manchester city centre.

Checking out some make-up, Coleen bought several items as she chatted and laughed with the sales assistants.
Her busy day came after she went to a gig at Liverpool's famous Cavern Club last night.
