Laurent Blanc is no longer the head coach of France.
Blanc's contract expired on Saturday and. according to reports in the French media, he is to step down from his position.
The 46-year-old has recently been linked with Tottenham Hotspur.
Blanc was named France manager in the aftermath of a disastrous 2010 World Cup campaign under Raymond Domenech before leading the national side to a run of 23 games without defeat.
Once again In-fighting hindered France's progress at a major international tournament as Les Bleus were knocked out by Spain in the quarter-finals of Euro 2012.
Marseille head coach Didier Deschamps is the favourite to replace Blanc.
