"There are many doubts but we have the confidence we can play our game against Germany. We must read the game well. It might sound like a paradox, but we must take some risks, because if we just defend our penalty area, we will concede a goal sooner or later. I prefer to score a goal through a counter-attack rather than suffering there for 20 minutes. And so, with our knowledge and with our ability to play football, we must have the courage to attack their defensive line because even great teams have their points of weakness."

"Germany always know what they are doing, and then they have a player like as Mesut Ozil who does not have a well-defined role but is a modern creator everywhere on the pitch. He can build something and has the quality in every zone of the field. There are other players who are physically fit and have gained confidence both domestically and with the national team, winning almost 15 games in a row. They can go all the way. On the other hand we must have more ideas, and I believe we can make their life hard on the tactical side."
