Out of Euro 2012, the Croatia squad posed for a final photo with staff at their hotel in Warka, before leaving for Zagreb to start their journey home.
Slaven Bilic's side were impressive in an opening Group C win against the Republic of Ireland before picking up a point against Italy.
However, defeat in their final group game by Spain meant that it was time to pack their bags and head for home.
The defeat marks the end of the Slaven Bilic's six years in charge of the squad.
His next challenge is to head up Lokomotiv Moscow, wholst Igor Stimac will step in to fill his shoes.
