With three days to go until the start of Euro 2012, Russia's squad was put through its paces in Sulejowek near Warsaw on Monday.
They kick off their first game against the Czech Republic in Wroclaw on June the 8th, after Co-hosts Poland play Greece in Warsaw in the opening match of the tournament.
Dick Advocaat's side will be hoping to repeat their run at the previous European Championship in Austria and Switzerland.
Russia shocked the Netherlands by winning 3-1 in extra-time in the quarter-finals, but they were eventually beaten 3-0 by champions Spain in the semis.
If talisman Andrei Arshavin can find his form and Roman Pavlyuchenko the back of the net, they should at least advance from the group stage.
However, midfielder Marat Izmailov isn't taking anything for granted.
SOUNDBITE: (English) Marat Izmailov, Russia midfielder:
(How far can Russia go in the tournament?)
"I don't know, we'll see. No-one knows, I don't want to promise something…. (we'll take it) game (by game)…. we'll see."
Russia have just three days until their first kick off.
