Butland set for England debut as Hart withdraws from squad... and injured Sturridge is out, too

Joe Hart has pulled out of the England squad, leaving Roy Hodgson to choose from two uncapped goalkeepers for a friendly against Italy.
Hart, 25, suffered a back spasm which ruled him out of Sunday's FA Community Shield and Daniel Sturridge, having played the last 15 minutes of the game at Villa Park, is out with a toe injury.
